How to allow camera and microphone access for all browsers and operating systems

To have a doxy.me call, you need to give your browser permission to access your webcam and microphone.

Start here - Basic troubleshooting steps

  1. Begin by logging into doxy.me on a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) and follow the prompts to allow access to your camera and microphone

  2. Your Self-preview video will appear on your browser window - the microphone and video will default to active

  3. Your camera and microphone can be controlled by clicking on the More menu in the upper left-hand corner of the Self-preview video
