To access premium support you need to be a Professional and Clinic user. With premium support you get:

  • Schedule a video or phone call with the support team ***
  • HIPAA-compliant support for patients ***

Immediate support is available 9 am to 7 pm EST M-F and as soon as we are available during nights and weekends.
