For Professional users:
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
From your dashboard, select Account Settings
Choose the Account tab along the top
Expand the Billing section
Select Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to cancel
When you downgrade your subscription, it won't auto-renew your account at the beginning of the next billing cycle. This means you can continue to use doxy.me and our paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.
For Clinic Users:
Only the account Owner can cancel the Clinic subscription.
From the dashboard, click the HELP button at the bottom right
Choose Send us a message
Click Billing from the options
Select Cancel/Pause Subscription
Help us by answering a few questions and you will receive a confirmation message once the cancelation is complete.
We don't typically issue refunds because you decided to cancel your account. If you are unhappy with our service, schedule a time to meet with us. If we don't fix the problem, we'll issue a prorated refund minus a 6% fee (not our fee!).
