Changed your mind? Here's how to get a refund or credit.

Our refund policy is simple: If you aren't satisfied with doxy.me, we'll do our best to make it right.

We may issue a refund or credit if:

  • You meant to cancel your doxy.me subscription and have not used your account in the past 30 days

  • You experienced technical difficulties related to the doxy.me platform in the past 30 days, and our Resolution Support team was unable to resolve your issue

We do not issue refunds or credits if:

If you're having technical issues that are out of our control when using doxy.me, such as:

  1. Inadequate internet connection

  2. Outdated computer OS or web browser

  3. When you're clearly using doxy.me and benefiting from its features.

Please note that if you are actively using your account, you may not qualify for a refund or credit. All credits will be applied to your account during the next billing cycle.If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
