If you would like to change the card that is charged for your doxy.me Professional or Clinic subscription, you can easily do this yourself as the owner of the account.
Log in to your doxy.me account.
Click My Account in the lower lefthand side of the dashboard.
Click Settings.
Click the Account tab.
Open the Billing section.
Click + Add payment method
Enter your new credit card details
Click Add (keep the Use as default payment method box selected)
NOTE: If you don't see a Billing section, it's because you aren't the owner of the account. Talk to your admin for more information.
