Go to doxy.me

If you would like to download past receipts or invoices on the Professional or Clinic subscription, you can easily do this yourself as the owner of the account.

  1. Log in to your doxy.me account.

  2. Click Account Settings.

  3. Click the Account tab.

  4. Open the Billing section.

  5. Under Invoice History click the date you want to download

  6. Choose Download invoice and/or Download receipt

If you need all your receipts, contact support and they can send you a CSV.

NOTE: For Clinics, only the owner of the account can download receipts. Talk to your admin for more information.
