The Clinic Landing Page is the face of your Clinic account and serves two purposes:

  1. The place for your providers to log in.

  2. A way for patients to search rooms to check in.

Login Page for Clinic Providers

The Landing Page is the correct way for providers to log in to their account. Providers will want to bookmark this site to make it easier for them to log in.

Room Search for Patients

The Landing Page allows the patient to search and find the room name of their provider. As the patient starts to type the room name, the rooms that match the text will filter and appear. Patients can use the drop-down menu to select the room and check in. In many cases it's better to share the provider's room link, as it requires fewer steps for the patient.

Change the Display Name

By default the room name will show up in the drop-down menu. For example, if your room link is https://yourclinic.doxy.me/schuyler "schuyler" would show up in the search. You can change the name that shows up by changing the display name. Here is how to change the Shared Room display name.

Change which Rooms are Displayed

You might have rooms that you don't want to show up on the Landing Page. You can hide certain rooms or all rooms.
