How to turn your microphone on or off during a call

1. Press your space bar while you’re on the doxy.me browser tab

  • If the microphone button is the last button you clicked, you can control it with your keyboard's space bar

  • Press your keyboard’s space bar to turn on or off your microphone. A message will appear on the screen telling you that your microphone is muted or unmuted.

    • This only works if you’re on the doxy.me browser tab. If you’re in a different window using EHR or typing notes, the space bar will not mute/unmute your microphone.
