Need to take a break or pause the appointment? Put it on hold.
How to place a call on hold
Click the Put on hold icon (two vertical bars) on the Control bar.
Patient(s) will return to your Waiting room and remain in your Patient queue until you restart the call.
This is especially useful if you have a Clinic subscription and use a Shared room.
Doxy.me 2.0 - Turn off your camera and microphone to step away
To step away from an appointment on Doxy.me 2.0, turn off your microphone and camera on the Control bar. Participants can do the same action if they need to step away. All participants will remain in the call.
Note: Pausing a call is not available in Doxy.me 2.0, but you can follow the above steps for a similar effect.
