Pause a session and send your patient(s) back to the Waiting room

Need to take a break or pause the appointment? Put it on hold.


How to place a call on hold

  1. Click the Put on hold icon (two vertical bars) on the Control bar.

  2. Patient(s) will return to your Waiting room and remain in your Patient queue until you restart the call.

This is especially useful if you have a Clinic subscription and use a Shared room.
