Communicate with patients using audio only when video is not wanted

To begin an Audio only call:

  1. Click the three dots () next to the patient's name.

  2. Click Audio call in the Patient Queue.

If you start a normal video session, Audio Call will be grayed out, but pausing video during a session can accomplish a similar result to an Audio Call.

NOTE: Audio calling is only available to Professional or Clinic users.
