Collect payments from your patient before or during a call

The Payments feature lets you accept credit card payments while on a call or from the waiting room. Once you link up your Stripe account, session payments and copays become much easier.

To Receive a Payment from the Waiting Room:

  1. Click the three dots () in the patient queue.

  2. Select More.

  3. Enter the amount and click Charge.

  4. Patient enters credit card details and accepts the charge.

To Receive a Payment on a Call:

  1. While on a call, click Payment on the left panel.

  2. Enter the amount and click Charge.

  3. Patient enters credit card details and accepts the charge.

To Accept Payment from a Mobile Device:

Select >, then More, and then Payment.

To Receive Payment during a Group Call:

Payment is not available in the sidebar while on a group call. To request payment from a patient during a group call, use the first method described above to request payment from the waiting room.

How long will it take to receive payment?

The first account transfer can take up to seven days to appear in your account. After that, future transactions will take about two business days to appear. The fees associated with Stripe are 2.9% and $ 0.30 per transaction.

NOTE: Payments are only available to Professional or Clinic users.
