File Transfer is a HIPAA compliant way to send files between you and your patient. This is a better alternative to emails as the data you send might contain PHI.

To send a file to your participant, drop a file in the box or select file to share. Participant will need to accept the transfer to download. Select request a file from your participant, select the option. They will then need to choose the correct file, you will be prompted to download and save to your computer.

Realistically your file transfer size should be less than 4GB. We don't recommend going that high as it could take a while to transfer based on each parties internet speed.

File Tranfer is available with our Professional & Clinic versions.
