How to customize your Org Settings within Dokbot

Dokbot assessments use conversations to gather healthcare data directly from patients seamlessly with no app download and no password. (What is Dokbot?)

Changing Organization Settings

Managing the settings for your organization can be done by clicking Org Settings from your dashboard.

Here you can manage:

  • Organization name and description

  • Associated email address

  • Organization logo

  • Brand color

  • Email settings

    • None - You will not get notified of completed assessments via email. You will need to sign in to your Dokbot portal to see assessment statuses and results.

    • Notify me when an assessment is completed - You will receive an email notification when an assessment is completed. You will need to sign in to your Dokbot portal to see assessment results.

    • Send me completed assessments - You will receive a PDF copy of the results of completed assessments via email.
