With a doxy.me Clinic account, it is possible to have an assistant invite a patient to a provider's waiting room ahead of a scheduled appointment.

First, the assistant needs access to the provider's waiting room. This can be done by the provider under the sharing tab. You can also create a shared room and grant both the assistant and provider access.

The assistant will then have the ability to send invitations to that provider's waiting room, right from their own dashboard. They can access a list of waiting room links via the drop-down menu on their dashboard. They can copy and paste the link or use the Invite via button to send invites through text, email, and more.

NOTE: This feature is only available on the Clinic Solution.
