A picture in my waiting room won't save

If you are having trouble uploading an image to your waiting room, be sure to pay attention to the error message displayed near the top of your screen. In most cases, it will be a problem with the file type or the file size.

The waiting room will accept the following types of files:

  • JPEG or JPG

  • PNG

  • GIF

If your image is too large (more than 5 MB), you can use one of the following tools to reduce the size of your image:

To edit your waiting room you need to be a Professional or Clinic user.
