How to use the Meeting History:
Click Meeting History on the Left Sidebar.
Select the time period
Use the filter at the top right to select a user or room
Professional and Clinic accounts can export a CSV including:
Provider's Name (Clinic Plan Only)
Room that the call took place in (Clinic Plan Only)
Waiting Time (Group calls will have times separated by a comma)
Your Call Rating (Call rating survey given out to 1 in 10 calls)
Patient Call Rating
