Our product feedback page allows you to:
See What We're Building
The general roadmap shows what we're actively building and what has recently been completed.
Research & Development: These are suggested improvements we are currently working to investigate and build.
Testing: These are suggested improvements that have been built enough for us to actively test with Providers. Improvements are tested on a small-scale before being tested with a larger number of Providers.
Generally Available: These are improvements that are already available for Providers to use. Some improvements may only be available for certain subscription types.

Monitor Known Issues
We keep an updated list of issues that we know are causing frustration for Providers. We also include workarounds in the comments as we become aware of them until we can fix the primary issue. If you don't see the issue you're experiencing on the list, contact support.
Issue Status
Investigating: We are trying to determine the root cause of the issue.
Fix in Progress: We are working to fix the root cause of the issue.
Fixed: The issue has been fixed.
Pending Third Party: The issue is something that we can't fix on our own and we are waiting for a fix from another business (i.e. Apple, Google, one of our vendors).
Obsolete: While we did not directly fix the issue, an update to something else has rendered the issue obsolete.

Suggest Improvements
As a product that's built by healthcare professionals for healthcare professionals, your input is key to helping you remain or become a successful practitioner of telemedicine. Tell us what's missing or what could be made better by suggesting an improvement.

Generally Available: These are improvements that are already available for Providers to use. Some improvements may only be available for certain subscription types. Usually there will be a link to a Help article detailing how to use it.
Will Not Create: There are some improvements that we decide not to pursue, either because the need is already being met by another tool or because it doesn't fit with doxy.me being a simple and secure telemedicine solution.
