The majority of registrants receive an email invitation from doxy.me. This email has the registration link. Click that link and put in your name and email to register. You will receive an automatic confirmation email with the link for the event.

Demio is the webinar platform we use to host all of our doxy.me educational webinars. Please note that Demio does not share registrant information with third parties.

The majority of our webinars are scheduled for 45 minutes. The exact length for each webinar may vary and times are listed on the webinar invitation as well as in our "Upcoming Webinars" section of this help article. The times for all of the webinars are set in Eastern Standard Time.

You will receive 4 emails from Demio - each will contain your unique webinar link for the live event. You will receive an email directly after registering, 24 hours before the event, 1 hour before the event, and 15 minutes before the event. If you don't see these emails in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folders. Make sure you're checking the correct email - all emails will be sent to the email you used to register for the webinar.

All webinars are recorded and will be available for viewing once the event is over. If you registered for a webinar, you will receive an email with the recording link as soon as it is available. This email will be coming from Demio - if you don't see it, check your junk or spam folders. If you no longer can make the time you registered for, you don't need to cancel or change anything. If you simply want to change which event you register for, all you need to do is click on the registration link and register for the time that works best for you. To find the registration link, go to "Upcoming Webinars" at the top of this article. You will receive a recording of the event once it is available whether you attend the event or not.

During a live webinar, as an attendee you can download the handouts while you're viewing. To do this, click on the "Handouts" section in the upper right hand corner of your screen, locate the handout, and click "download". If you were not able to make the webinar, handouts and the recording are available in the "Past Webinars" section of this article.

An on demand webinar is a pre-recorded webinar that is available for viewing at any time, rather than being presented live at a specific date and time. This allows individuals to watch the webinar at a time that is convenient for them, rather than having to schedule their day around a live event.
