Invite your patient to a call using your preferred calendar application

You can schedule appointments from using calendar invites. We support the use of popular calendar applications as well as an EMR calendar via iCalendar. You can also use an external scheduling solution with

Send a calendar invite

  1. From your Dashboard, click on Invite Via.

  2. Select Calendar.

  3. Enter appointment details (e.g., date, time, and room)

  4. Click Add to Calendar.

  5. Choose your preferred calendar application or method.

    1. If you prefer iCalendar, select Default calendar.

After completing these steps, you will be directed to the app you have designated. The time and date you entered in Step 3 will automatically transfer.

(If selecting Default calendar, you should see a universal calendar file download to your computer. This file can be shared as an attachment or added to many EMRs or other applications. Once downloaded you can access this file in your downloads folder.)

Once the calendar event is opened, it's necessary to invite your patient by entering their email in the appropriate field. If you skip this step, the calendar event will only be added to your calendar.

For example, if using Google calendar, you'll enter the patient's email in the Guests field.

Click Add notification to add additional reminders.

Click Does not repeat if this is a reoccurring appointment and choose the frequency.

If using iCalendar, you'll enter the patient's email where it says "Add invitees."
