Uploading your logos
For the best results:
Use .PNG or .JPEG files with a transparent background
Make sure your images are high quality (not pixelated)
Larger logos scale down better than small ones
Your favicon will appear in the browser tab next to your clinic name
Branding options you can customize
Accent Color
Choose a highlight color that represents your brand. This color appears on buttons, links, and other interactive elements throughout the platform.
Background Color
Set the main background color for your clinic’s telehealth environment. Select a color that feels welcoming and aligns with your clinic’s style.
Sidebar Selected Text
Choose the text color that appears on active or selected sidebar items. This helps providers quickly see where they are navigating.
Sidebar Text
Adjust the text color for all sidebar items. Pick a clear, readable color that contrasts well with your background.
Landing Page Text
Customize the text color patients see on your landing page. Select a color that stays readable against your chosen image or background.
Logo Background
Set a background color behind your logo. This helps keep your logo crisp and visible across different screen sizes.
Landing Page Logo
Upload the logo that patients will see before entering their visit. Your full clinic logo is typically the best choice.
Sidebar Logo
Add a compact or simplified version of your logo for the provider sidebar - horizontal logos often work best here.
Favicon
Upload a small icon that appears in the browser tab. This helps your clinic stand out and builds patient trust.
Background Image
Choose an image for the visit background.
Use clean, calming visuals like:
abstract patterns
professional clinic photos
branded color gradients
Avoid busy or distracting images.
Landing Page Image
This is the image patients see before entering a room.
For best results:
Use a horizontal image
Make sure it is high resolution and not blurry on full screen
Avoid placing important elements (like faces) in the center—this area will be partially covered by the room search box
