Select a virtual background branded with your clinic logo, creating a polished, professional look that helps patients instantly recognize they’re speaking with your practice.

How to apply a background before an appointment

  • On your Dashboard, navigate to your Self-Preview video

  • Click the More menu and select Change background

  • Select the Branded option below No background & blur

  • Exit the Virtual Background modal

  • Your Branded Virtual Background will appear on all appointments that you host

  • Use these steps to change the background any time you’d like


How to apply a background during an appointment

  • On an active call, navigate to your Self-Preview video

  • Click the More menu and select Change background

  • Select the Branded option below No background & blur

  • Exit the Virtual Background modal

  • Your background will appear on all appointments that you host

  • Use these steps to change the background any time you’d like

How to turn off Virtual Background

  • Return to the Virtual background modal

  • Select “None” under “No background & blur”

  • Exit the modal

How to add or change your Clinic logo

💡 Tip: Logos can only be added or changed by plan Admins. Adding a logo will also change the image on your Sidebar, Branded Virtual Background, and patient check-in page.
