The status will show as Pending if the user has not accepted their invitation yet. It could be because they haven't received the email invite.
Remove pending invite:
Go to Account Settings from the dashboard.
Select Clinic Settings.
Expand the Manage Users section.
Click on Add Users.
Click the Revoke User icon.
How to resend
Our system does not allow users to resend invitations. However, you are able to revoke a user (following instructions above) and then resend the invite.

Known Issue: Certain browsers may not load the red X correctly. Refresh the page and scroll all the way to the right to find the red X on the side of the screen.
