This guide explains how to log in, reset your password if you’ve forgotten it, and change your email address on doxy.me. Follow the steps below to quickly manage your account and get back to seeing patients.

Logging in

Clinic plan users log in through your clinic’s unique check-in link.

  • For example: yourclinicdomain.doxy.me

Ask your clinic administrator if you are unsure of your clinic’s login page.


Resetting your password, if you forgot it

If you reset your password through the sign-in page on the doxy.me website, it will work there. However, if you try logging in through your clinic’s dedicated sign-in page, the new password may not always work.

If this happens:


Changing your password

  1. Log in at your clinic’s sign-in page.

  2. Go to your Account page of Settings

  3. Under Login Credentials, click Change password

  4. If you have issues, contact your clinic administrator for assistance


Changing your email address

  1. Log in at your clinic’s sign-in page.

  2. Go to your Account page of Settings

  3. Update your email address

  4. If you have issues, contact your clinic administrator for assistance

You’re likely a Clinic plan user if:

  • Your account was created and managed by your organization or clinic

  • You log in through a clinic-branded sign-in page

  • You see your clinic’s name in the login page URL.
