Clinic plan users log in through your clinic’s unique check-in link.
For example: yourclinicdomain.doxy.me
Ask your clinic administrator if you are unsure of your clinic’s login page.
Resetting your password, if you forgot it
If you reset your password through the sign-in page on the doxy.me website, it will work there. However, if you try logging in through your clinic’s dedicated sign-in page, the new password may not always work.
If this happens:
First, try resetting your password directly on your clinic’s unique sign-in page (e.g., https://yourclinicdomain.doxy.me/sign-in)
If you cannot access that page, use the doxy.me sign-in page as a backup
