Make it easy for patients to access your room from your website

Updated over a week ago offers several methods for sharing your room link with your patients. One of those options is to place a personalized badge on your website.

Patients can then be directed to your website for all telehealth appointments, eliminating the need to send individual invites for each appointment.

To add a badge to your website:

  1. Click on Account Settings.

  2. Go to the Link Sharing tab.

  3. Select your preferred layout.

  4. If needed, upload a Profile Photo by clicking the plus (+) on the badge preview.

  5. Copy the code and send it to your website developer, along with your preference for where you’d like it to be on your website.

NOTE: As an Admin or Owner of a Clinic account, you can create badges for each of your Providers via Manage Users.
