Tap the "Settings"
Tap "Privacy" from settings menu
Tap "Clear Browsing Data"
Select Time Range to All Time
Choose What to Clear
Tap Clear Browsing Data
Close Chrome App and Reopen
Close app by swiping it up and off the screen
