You can use doxy.me in Kikuyu.

Patient view in Kikuyu

If an Kikuyu-speaking patient checks into doxy.me, it will automatically appear to Kikuyu if the browser's default language is set to Kikuyu.

You can force patient to see Kikuyu by appending ?l=ki to the end of your room link.

Add an Kikuyu interpreter to call

Professional, Clinic and Enterprise customers can request access to Voyce interpreter service, which has English <-> Kikuyu translators who can join a call to translate.

If you already employ a translator through your practice you can add them to a doxy.me call the same way you would invite a patient by giving them the room link.
