You can use doxy.me in Japanese.

Patient view in Japanese

If an Japanese-speaking patient checks into doxy.me, it will automatically appear to Japanese if the browser's default language is set to Japanese.

You can force patient to see Japanese by appending ?l=ja to the end of your room link.

Add an Japanese interpreter to call

Professional, Clinic and Enterprise customers can request access to Voyce interpreter service, which has English <-> Japanese translators who can join a call to translate.

If you already employ a translator through your practice you can add them to a doxy.me call the same way you would invite a patient by giving them the room link.
