Patient check-in indicator 2.0

Available on all plans ⭐ This feature is only accessible from a desktop computer

Back by popular demand! Confidently multi-task, knowing you won't miss a patient. At a glance, see when a patient joins your waiting room.

What's new:

  • A red dot will show up on your browser tab as you manage other tasks, keeping you informed without interrupting your workflow

  • Available when using Chrome or Firefox browser (not compatible with Safari)


Network performance indicator 2.0

Available on all plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible

We've added a real-time network performance indicator to keep you informed about your connection quality during appointments. This helps you proactively address any issues before they impact your call stability.

What's new:

  • You’ll now see live updates on your network quality while in a session in your Self Preview window: Strong connection, Unstable connection, Poor connection


Audio fallback 2.0

Available on all plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible

We’ve introduced audio fallback to automatically switch to audio-only during poor network conditions. This ensures you can continue your conversations smoothly without losing connection, even when video quality can’t keep up.

What's new:

  • Video will automatically pause during low bandwidth conditions to keep the appointment connected

  • Video will resume when the connection is strong enough to support both audio and video
