A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is applicable to U.S. entities that meet the definition of a Covered Entity. Generally, this means a healthcare provider, hospital, and others that directly interact with patients.

For more information about a BAA, please visit the U.S. Department of Health & Human Service website.

The BAA found in our Free and Professional accounts is meant for individual providers only. If you have more than one provider from your company using, contact us about how to get a BAA for a Clinic account.

If you have any other questions, please contact our support team.
