Providers with Professional and Clinic accounts can send email and text invitations to patients in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.

To change the language of an invite:

  1. Click Invite via on your Dashboard and choose Text message, or choose Email > Send from

  2. Add contact information for your patient (phone number or email address).

  3. Choose a language from the Select language drop-down menu.

  4. Confirm the correct language in the preview of the message.

  5. For text messages, be sure to check the consent box after you've received permission from your patient.

  6. Send your message.
