Updated over 6 months ago

Providers with Professional and Clinic accounts can send calendar, email, and text invitations to patients in Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Croatian, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Urdu, and Vietnamese.

To Change the Language of an Invite:

  1. Click Invite via on your Dashboard and choose Text message, or choose Email > Send from doxy.me.

  2. Add contact information for your patient (phone number or email address).

  3. Choose a language from the Select language drop-down menu.

  4. Confirm the correct language in the preview of the message.

  5. For text messages, be sure to check the consent box after you've received permission from your patient.

  6. Send your message.

Doxy.me will remember the three last languages you used when sending an invite. Those three languages will be listed at the top of the drop down list.

If you have any other questions, please contact our support team.

If you would like to request an additional language, please email translations@doxy.me.
