Providers with Professional and Clinic accounts can send email and text invitations to patients in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
To change the language of an invite:
- Click Invite via on your Dashboard and choose Text message, or choose Email > Send from doxy.me.
- Add contact information for your patient (phone number or email address).
- Choose a language from the Select language drop-down menu.
- Confirm the correct language in the preview of the message.
- For text messages, be sure to check the consent box after you've received permission from your patient.
- Send your message.
