Premium Support
To access premium support you need to be a Professional or Clinic user. With premium support you get: 

  • Prioritization of support over Free users 
  • Immediate access to our support team through the Live Chat
  • Schedule a video or phone call with the support team
  • HIPAA-compliant support for patients 

To access Premium Support, click the Help icon at the bottom right of your dashboard. 

Immediate support is available 9 am to 7 pm EST M-F and as soon as we are available during nights and weekends.
