Premium Support
To access premium support you need to be a Professional or Clinic user. With premium support you get:
- Prioritization of support over Free users
- Immediate access to our support team through the Live Chat
- Schedule a video or phone call with the support team
- HIPAA-compliant support for patients
To access Premium Support, click the Help icon at the bottom right of your dashboard.
Immediate support is available 9 am to 7 pm EST M-F and as soon as we are available during nights and weekends.
Basic Support
To receive support as a Free user, you can:
- Continue to search the Help Center
- Post a question on the Community Forum
- Email support@doxy.me and get a response in 24 hours
