Basically what you do is "check in" to your provider's "virtual waiting room" by going to their room URL. They need to send you their virtual visit room link. An example link looks like Then the only option is to type in your name and hit "enter" or the "check in" button. That will place you into their waiting room. From there the provider controls starting/stopping the meeting and requires no further action on your part after check in.

It's important to note that we currently only support Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers. We do have an i0S app, for Android use your Chrome browser. We do require both a webcam and microphone to use our site.

When you first load the virtual waiting room, the browser has a popup message that asks you to allow access to your camera and microphone. You can use the mouse to hit the 'allow'.

Error messages come up if we detect errors and the meeting fails to connect.
