One of the most requested features on doxy.me is the ability for providers to blur their background or to use a virtual background. While we are currently beta testing that feature in doxy.me with Providers, you can also use number of third party applications with free versions that can be used on doxy.me calls.

In order to use most of these, you'll set them up separately following their instructions first, then on doxy.me you'll change your camera in the Device Settings to that application.

NOTE: Most blurred or virtual background applications use additional CPU processing power and/or additional RAM from your computer. In addition to potentially impacting the strength of your call, these added strains on your computer could cause your computer's cooling fan to run constantly throughout a call.

NOTE: Doxy.me does not provide support nor updates related to these third party applications. For support, please reach out to their creator(s).
