The Analytics page shows data about account usage over time. This information can help providers identify telemedicine trends in their practice.
Analytics can be accessed by clicking on the Analytics link in the sidebar on the dashboard.
Analytics is divided into three sections:
Session Information (filtered by time). Using the dropdown filter at the top, providers can view session information for Past 7 days, This month, Past month, and more. This includes data on total sessions, session minutes, and average session time.
Past Year. This graph looks back over the last year and shows the total sessions per month or the total minutes per month, depending on which is selected.
Usage Highlights. This section displays noteworthy statistics such as most sessions in a month or total sessions all time.
