In order to accept Health Savings Account (HSA)/Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payment cards, a provider must choose the appropriate Industry category when setting up their Business Details in their Stripe account.

During account setup, when entering Business Details, under the Industry drop-down menu, choose Medical Services and select Telemedicine/Telehealth or another appropriate category. Stripe will review the provider's account to ensure it is configured properly.

If HSA/FSA cards are being declined after setup, the provider must reach out to Stripe support. See more info from Stripe's site.
