The amount of data used varies by device, available bandwidth and internet type. With better internet connection, higher quality video will be transferred which uses more data. Here is our estimates for LD, SD, and HD video:

LD = 320x240 @ 15 FPS (frames per second) =  350 kbps = 1.26 GB for an hour call

SD = 640x480 @ 30 FPS (frames per second) =  600 kbps = 2.16 GB for an hour call

HD = 1280x720 @ 30 FPS (frames per second) = 1000 kbps = 2.6 GB for an hour call

We recommend a minimum dedicated 750kb/s down per downloaded stream, as well as 750kb/s up per uploaded stream to maintain a stable video connection. HD quality call requires approximately 2mb/s up and down. Check your speed here.
