If you or your patient encounter a green video feed try these steps. 

  1. Restart both devices and try the call again 
  2. Make sure the browsers are updated
  3. Make sure Windows and iOS are updated
  4. Turn off Hardware Acceleration

How to turn off Hardware Acceleration


  1. Enter chrome://settings/ in the address bar 
  2. At the bottom of the page, click Advanced
  3. Under "System," disable the toggle next to "Use hardware acceleration when available"


  1. Click the Menu button 
  2. Go to Options 
  3. Under Performance, disable the "Use recommended performance settings"
  4. Disable "Use hardware acceleration when available" 


  1. Click Safari 
  2. Go to Preferences 
  3. Under Security disable WebGL
