Starting January 1st, 2019, we will discontinue support for iOS app on iPad/iPhone. To have a call on iPhone/iPad, you can now use Safari

There are several benefits to using Safari on iPhone/iPad:

  • No downloads
  • Easier login
  • Collect payments
  • File transfer
  • Multi-party calls
  • Less bugs/glitches

After January 1st:  

  • Patients on old devices (pre-iOS 11 devices) can continue to use app if they have it
  • Please ask your patient to use Safari 11+ instead of the app
  • Providers should also use Safari+ instead of the app as well
