With screen sharing, we made it easy for your patients to show you something on a call and provide visual context to their situation. We currently support screen sharing on Google Chrome and Firefox. (At this time it is not possible to screen share from mobile devices like a phone or a tablet.)
NOTE: Screen sharing is only available to Professional or Clinic users.
How to screen share:
When you are in a call with a patient, select Screenshare on the left panel.
Choose Request patient's screen.
The patient chooses which screen to share.
Patient clicks Share.
Patient clicks Stop Sharing at the bottom when finished.
Screen sharing indicators:
As of right now you cannot rearrange your icons, but you can pin one participant to keep them in focus instead of defaulting to whoever is talking.
