To have a call on Safari, you need to provide access to your webcam and microphone. This will only need to be done once as long as Safari browser stays open: 

To enable webcam and microphone on Safari:

  1. Login to your Dashboard 
  2. Click "Turn on webcam"
  3. Click "Allow" in the dropdown menu

If you accidentally hit "deny" when prompted, reload the page and hit "allow".
