If you didn't receive a password reset email, it's usually due to one of these reasons:
The reset email is in your SPAM folder, check there.
The email you used to reset your password isn't the one you used to create your account when you signed up.
You signed up for doxy.me with a different email address, or the email you signed up with had a typo (it happens more than you think).
