If you need your patient to agree to a custom terms of service, you can have them agree to it during the check in process.
To setup custom terms of service for personal room:
- From your Dashboard click Account Settings
- Click Expand under Room Settings
- Turn Custom Terms of Service Link on
- Enter the link to your terms of service
- Click Update to save
Patient's view
Clinic account admins can add custom terms of service for shared rooms.
To set a custom terms of service for shared room:
- Go to Account Settings in the dashboard
- Then go to Clinic settings
- Expand the Shared rooms
- Click on room’s link
- Room settings will appear
- Turn Custom Terms of Service Link on
- Enter the link to you terms of service
- Click Save changes to save
