If you need your patient to agree to a custom terms of service, you can have them agree to it during the check in process. 

To setup custom terms of service for personal room: 

  1. From your Dashboard, click Account Settings.

  2. Click Expand under Room Settings.

  3. Turn Custom Terms of Service Link on.

  4. Enter the link to your terms of service.

  5. Click Update to save.

Patient's view

Clinic account admins can add custom terms of service for shared rooms.


To set a custom terms of service for shared room:

  1. Go to Account Settings in the dashboard.

  2. Click on Clinic settings.

  3. Expand the Shared rooms.

  4. Click on room’s link.

  5. Room settings will appear.

  6. Turn Custom Terms of Service Link on.

  7. Enter the link to your terms of service.

  8. Click Save changes to save.
