If you need your patient to agree to a custom terms of service, you can have them agree to it during the check in process. 

To set a custom terms of service: 

  1. From your Dashboard click Account Settings 
  2. Click Expand under Room Settings 
  3. Turn Custom Terms of Service Link on 
  4. Enter the link to your terms of service 
  5. Click Update to save
