To have a doxy.me call, you need to give your browser permission to access your webcam and microphone.

When Using a Desktop or Laptop

How to Allow Camera and Microphone in the Browser

  1. While on Doxy.me, select the lock icon located near the left side of your search bar.

    1. NOTE: With Chrome 117, this icon was updated to the TUNE icon

  2. When the menu appears look for camera, mic and sound options.

  3. Make sure the toggle is blue for camera and microphone, this will ALLOW access to those devices.

You can also test your device here to ensure everything is working correctly.
