If you need your patient to agree to a custom terms of service, you can have them agree to it during the check in process. 

To set a custom terms of service:

  1. From your Dashboard click "Account Settings" 
  2. Click "Expand" under Room Settings 
  3. Turn "Custom Terms of Service Link" on 
  4. Enter the link to your terms of service 
  5. Click "Update" to save

Note: Setting a custom terms of service is available to Professional or Clinic users.
